I understand that starting counselling can feel like a big step. That’s why I offer a free 45-minute introduction session to help you feel comfortable and explore how counselling can support you. This no-obligation session is a chance to meet, discuss your needs, and see if we can work together. It’s a gentle way to begin your journey in a warm, welcoming space.

I offer flexible appointments to suit your needs and am committed to making our work together feel welcoming and meaningful.

Online: Sessions are held either by Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or FaceTime. Sessions are £55.00 for 50 minutes.

Telephone: Sessions are £55.00 for 50 minutes.

I offer a reduced price based on your personal circumstances. We can discuss this in our introduction session.

I offer both short and long-term counselling.


My working pattern is:

Monday: 10am-10pm

Tuesday: 8am-10pm

Wednesday: 5pm-9pm

Thursday: 11am-9pm

Friday: 8am-9pm

Saturday: 10am-1pm

Sunday: 9am-12pm

I am a bereavement, grief and loss informed counsellor, having undergone training to enhance my knowledge of the different types of grief and loss people can experience and how best to support them.

Grief is often associated with the loss of a loved one, whereas grief can apply to every area of our lives. Anything from losing a precious item to a beloved pet.

I have experienced grief and loss myself and understand these effect everyone in different ways. I understand there is no right or wrong way to process a loss and I offer a space to explore yours with you.

Creative Counselling

Creative counselling combines talking therapy with creative techniques. They can offer support to communicate thoughts and feelings you find difficult to put into words.

The creative technique we work with are tailored to support your specific needs. I will explore these with you first to make sure you comfortable using them.
