About me and my therapy practice

I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor, a Counselling Supervisor, a CBT Practitioner, an EMDR Therapist and a Civil & Commervial Mediator.  

I work face to face from a location in Heswall in the Wirral, and I  do telephone and video session. 

I use a special platform called Bilateral Base for remote EMDR session. 

Practice description

I love people, working with people n love helping. I am excited to meet new clients and try my very best with every client and in every session. 

I have experience with a wide range of issues and have been working lately in occupational health and private practice. 

I can work short term or long term at a pace established by my  clients.
