About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified registered counsellor,/psychotherapist with years of life experience behind me and I offer a warm, caring, supportive and professional therapeutic relationship where you can express yourself freely without fear of being judged, and where we can work together to make the changes that will help you move forward.

I have experience, working privately and within NHS, working with adults and young people presenting a range of issues. These include, amongst others, stress, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, physical, emotional or sexual abuse, issues with relationships, issues at work, health related issues, loss, grief, personal development and generally low mental wellbeing.

I also offer private and confidential Telephone or Online Counselling to suit you whenever and wherever you are.
