About me and my therapy practice
Whatever reason brings you to seek therapy I will try to listen carefully and respectfully and will not judge what you say. We will establish a relationship which will be a safe, therapeutic, confidential place to think about your life. We will work together to help you to understand yourself better, uncover powerful new insights into what motivates you and how you might make changes in your life.
Coronavirus update: like many therapists I am working online to keep my clients and family safe. It is working well.
