About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified Counsellor/Integrative therapist and I incorporate varied therapy approaches and techniques tailored to your particular needs such as CBT, Person-centred and Mindfulness. 

My principle is to regard people with respect and equality whatever background, culture, gender or age; whilst providing a safe and comfortable space for you to explore your thoughts and emotions and guide you forward to feeling better about yourself and your life. 

Practice description

During these uncertain times, I am offering 1:1 telephone counselling or by video instead of face to face for everyone's safety. These can be testing times with regards to not only your physical health but to your mental health as well. My aim is to help you so that you feel supported and heard. 

My first session

A first session is for you to gather whether you feel comfortable working with me and for me to get an overview of your reason coming to counselling and to see whether I am the right counsellor to help you. It also gives you a chance to ask any questions.
