About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with issues related to trauma and distress, grief, addiction, anxiety, family, friendship, or relationship difficulties, issues at work, or major life changes?
Maybe worries and intrusive thoughts are keeping you awake or stopping you from being able to fully concentrate. Maybe you feel in a rut, or feel an increasing loss of hope. You may be managing difficult feelings using methods that no longer work and you want to find different ways to cope.
You may be functioning well on a day-to-day basis but struggle with inner conflicts and turmoil or have repetitive negative experiences which you would like to explore.
We will focus on using your strengths and any new understanding resulting from our time together, to support your personal growth and work out how to best integrate these insights into your current circumstances and therapeutic goals.
A key part of a productive therapeutic relationship is whether you feel safe with and understood by your therapist. For this reason, I offer a 15 minute consultation so I can learn more about you and we can decide whether we feel able to work together.
