About me and my therapy practice
There is nothing that makes a person flourish and actualise more than a safe, accepting, and authentic relationship. We are all born with a need for nourishing, and accepting relationships, which will allow us to meet our potential. Yet, we grow within families, and to a larger extend, societies, that have taught us an abusive type of love, that is characterised by conditions, expectations, and co-dependency. We might find ourselves in toxic or even abusive relationships, and as we go through these adverse experiences, we might forget of these deeper needs or lose sight of them altogether. Alienation from our deeper needs can feel very distressing and, in these moments, we might lose hope and courage. However, we can regain connection with our natural tendencies and deeper needs by entering in accepting and nurturing relationships. And as safety is experienced in the therapeutic relationship, you will progressively allow memories, thoughts and experiences that felt too threatening to explore before. I have experience working in private and public mental health organisations, in community centres and charity therapy services.

Practice description
In our work together our goal is to help you feel stronger, better and more attuned to your inner voice of wisdom. Our process will begin gently and with every new insight we will move forward to a deeper understanding of your self and your circumstances. I will help you sort out any issues you are currently facing by facilitating you every step of the way towards a more authentic way of being.
My first session
In our initial session we will explore the issues that brings you therapy, share preferences and expectations and if we agree to work together we will discuss a way forward for future sessions.
The following sessions will be dedicated in identifying the difficulties in your life, understanding how you related to yourself and others, exploring your communications style and identifying your beliefs, values and hopes that will help you create a hopeful and meaningful future.
