About me and my therapy practice
As an Integrative Counsellor, I start with where you are, how you are feeling and work with you to see how I can help you. Being truly listened to is a powerful experience that we all need to feel a sense of well-being and peace with ourselves. This is what I can help you achieve, whatever your starting point and past experiences may be.
I offer a sensitive, empathic and non-judgemental approach in a calm space which allows you to be who you are. Having a lot of experience of dealing with a range of issues, I will be respectful and non-discriminatory, treating you with warmth and acceptance. I understand that the experience of sharing a problem can lessen the feeling of being overwhelmed by it, and create a sense of trust and confidence.
My approach involves working relationally and combines humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive elements in a way that meets your individual needs. I am trained in Mindfulness practice which I incorporate into my service if it fits with you. I welcome enquiries and am happy to talk through what I can offer you with no obligation to continue.
