About me and my therapy practice
I understand there are times in all of our lives when things seem out of control, difficult to navigate or a feeling of being overwhelmed. Not knowing who we are, why we are feeling as we do or how to change things.
It is a difficult step to seek counselling and I fully understand how daunting this can be. it is, however, also a first step into getting through what you are going through and getting out the other side. Potentially in a place of less anxiety, not feeling so low, having dealt with those demons that have been chasing you or just feeling more like your real self.
I offer individual face to face, telephone or online counselling. I will offer you a safe, non-judgemental, honest environment where you can explore what you are experiencing and work through how to change this for the positive.
The initial session is a chance to get to meet with me and tell me a little about what you are experiencing. We will agree in this session how you would like to take this forward, with no commitment to further sessions if you don't feel it is the right time or I am the right therapist for you. I think it is essential that every client feels confident and comfortable in the therapist they chose to ensure the most effective therapy takes place.
