About me and my therapy practice
Counselling sessions provide you with a safe and confidential space to offload about, and explore, your world.
Because I am not a part of your everyday life, you can feel more able to say what you REALLY think and feel about things, without fear of being judged or upsetting someone.
In your sessions we might talk about depression, anxiety, self-esteem, anger, abuse, relationships or bereavement - or something else.
There are no minimum or maximum number of sessions, so we can take things at your pace, with no rush and no pressure.
Thinking about counselling?
Getting started in counselling can feel like a step into the unknown, and therefore takes courage.
You might have questions about counselling, or the way I work, and we can begin discussing these by email, ’phone or text.
The next step would be for us to arrange an initial 30 minute consultation, which costs just £20 and comes with absolutely no obligation to begin counselling with me.
I am qualified to work with individuals and also couples, whether married or not. Plus other relationships such as a parent and child, or work colleagues.
