About me and my therapy practice
Through the counselling process, I can help you to understand and unravel your problems and allow you to talk freely and openly in a safe environment. I will offer a non-judgemental setting where we can work together to look at ways to help you move forward. My role is to listen and support you and walk with you on your journey.
I have experience in helping others with mental health issues, stress, guilt, shame and loss. I will help you to find your own insight into any issues, experiences and behaviours affecting your day-to-day life. We can explore these together in a respectful and empathic counselling setting. I offer face to face, online or telephone counselling.
I am a fully qualified Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP.
I offer a variety of therapies to suit your needs and provide a professional, confidential, and safe space for you to explore any issues that are affecting you.
Therapies include Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural, and Psychodynamic.
My first session
I provide an initial free 20-minute consultation to allow us to see if we can work together and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions. We can also discuss what has brought you to counselling and what your goals for therapy are moving forward.
