About me and my therapy practice
Having experienced counselling myself, I understand how difficult it can feel to take this first step. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where you can be heard and take time to explore your thoughts and feelings. I work in an integrative way, which means I can adapt to what best suits you. This might include exploring how past experiences play out in your present life or by trying creative activities to develop self-awareness.
Whether you have a specific issue in mind or have come to the realisation that current thought patterns and behaviours are no longer working for you, we can work together to help you make sense of things and find your own solutions. I have particular experience working with anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, eating disorders, relationship problems, abuse, bereavement and infant loss. I also have many years experience supporting autistic individuals.

I understand how important it is to find the right counsellor for you so I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation. If you feel comfortable with me and the way I work, you may then book an initial assessment session at the reduced rate of £10.
