About me and my therapy practice

If you are feeling ‘stuck’ and that you can’t see a way forward, it always helps to talk it over in a safe, non judgemental atmosphere, with a qualified professional who is friendly and approachable.

As well as Counselling , I am also a qualified Hypno-psychotherapist and can offer clients sessions which include both, if required.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation to all prospective new clients to enable you to further discuss expectations, any questions, or further clarification etc.

My first session

My first client session is normally an initial free half hour informal chat, to enable potential clients to meet me, ask any questions etc., and most importantly to see if they feel that I’m someone they are comfortable talking to.

There is no obligation or pressure to make any further appointments, it would be for the client to decide.

If the client decides to proceed, the following session would be a full hour in the course of which, I would give them a Contract to read and sign. I then ask what prompted the individual to seek Therapy and we’d go from there.
