About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative psychotherapist I draw from different approaches in order to listen effectively to your individual experiences. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental and empathetic space for you to explore, understand and cope with life's difficulties.
I have experience in supporting people from all different walks of life coping with a wide range of difficulties such as anxiety, depression, bereavement, sudden loss, childhood trauma/abuse, family conflict and relocation.
I have over thirty years experience working as a health professional, originally as a dentist and now in counselling and psychotherapy. During that time I worked in both the NHS and private sectors.
I now work in private practice in Fulham and as a volunteer at bereavement care and at a charitable centre in South London.
