About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified, BACP Accredited & Registered Psychodynamic counsellor. I have over 10 years of experience gained from working in various clinical counselling settings such as NHS charities, private practices, and higher education. I am also a member of BICA (British Infertility Counselling Association). Currently I work at Anglia Ruskin University counselling service in Cambridge.
I provide face to face counselling at my private practice in Chesterton, Cambridge. I also offer telephone only counselling to make therapy sessions more accessible and practical to anyone in the UK. Fees for Telephone Counselling are £55 for 50 minutes.
Sometimes it can be difficult to know where to begin, or how to express what we are experiencing in life - this does not have to be done alone. Together, we can explore, gain insight and clarity, and overcome obstacles by looking at ways to move forward in a confidential, non-judgmental, and safe therapeutic environment.
