Over 17 years experience working with children and adolescents with complex mental health difficulties, emotional/behavioural difficulties.
Experience of working with young people with mental health, emotional and behavioural difficulties, risky behaviours, suicide ideation and self harm, Neuro-diverse children with co-existing mental health, those on the edge of exclusion, crime/in the criminal justice system.
Providing tailored therapy sessions, using a variety of approaches; Integrative Arts. Mindfulness. CBT focused. Talking Therapy.

Practice description
I run my practice from my private therapy space in Ware, Hertford.
My first session
My first session with you will be an opportunity for us to meet and discuss your concerns and to complete an initial assessment.
I use mental health assessment tools to understand the current presentation of your child.
Initial consultations take 1 hour.
