About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist and have been practising for about 25 years. I work by utilising the principles of person centred therapy, CBT and attachment (early experience). I am a Relate trained counsellor and hold professional Associate membership with the College of Sex and Relationship Therapy. I work with couples and individuals.

I like to speak to you on the phone first to have a brief chat about what you would like to bring to counselling and answer any questions you have about the process. We can discuss what the options are for sessions times/dates - and then we can organise your first appointment.
