About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes in life you need to be able to talk to someone who isn’t directly involved in your life.

As a Psychotherapist working for 30years within Mental Health in the NHS, I have experience of working with a diverse range of people.

My expertise lies in a wide range of areas from short term life challenges to longstanding emotional and/or complex mental health difficulties with adults.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting but I’m here to explore any obstacles you may face. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with change.
