As well as weekday sessions, I can offer some evening and weekend appointments.

My name is Karena and as a Person-Centred Counsellor, I am committed to offering you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore those thoughts or feelings.
I recognise the courage it can take to reach out and ask for help working towards rebuilding and maintaining your Positive Mental Health.
I have worked in various organisations including the NHS and have experience in the health, educational, and voluntary sectors.
I keep my practice up to date through Continuing Professional Development to ensure, I offer the best service I can.
This is the first step on the journey to resolving what is causing you so much pain, anxiety, or sadness.
I believe this journey is yours, it is individual to you and as such, the number of sessions will be guided by you.
I am working in a convenient part of town with ample parking.
