About me and my therapy practice
I am a relationally focused counsellor and psychotherapist with a humanistic and integrative approach to the therapeutic relationship. I believe that healing and growth happen in the context of a safe, respectful, and compassionate connection.
If you are navigating relationship issues, anxiety, bereavement, loss, depression, post-traumatic stress, trauma, personality adaptations, attachment or regulation difficulties—or if you simply want to explore your inner world and better understand yourself—I welcome you.
You don’t have to go through it alone. Whether you're at the start of your journey or somewhere in the middle, I offer an empathic and non-judgemental environment where you can be fully heard and supported.
Practice description
My therapeutic practice provides a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where you can begin to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. I work relationally and integratively, which means I draw from a range of approaches to suit your unique needs, always placing our therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work.
You can expect a calm, grounded presence, someone who will listen with empathy and without judgment. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I won’t rush you or offer quick fixes, but I will be alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and find ways to move forward that feel authentic and manageable for you.
Our sessions will be guided by your needs and goals. I work collaboratively, with curiosity and compassion, helping you to explore patterns, emotions, and parts of yourself that may be asking for attention.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory call so we can meet, talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore whether we feel like a good fit to work together. This is a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work—there’s no pressure or obligation to continue beyond this point.
If we decide to go ahead, our first full (paid) session will include a gentle, collaborative assessment. We’ll complete this together during the session, exploring your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. This process helps us shape the work in a way that best supports you.
From there, we can begin building a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, supportive, and meaningful.
