About me and my therapy practice
I work relationally and endeavour to assist my clients to understand their relationship patterns and how these patterns impact on their sense of self, relationships and wellbeing.
I am an integrative psychotherapist with a particular interest in existentialism.
I worked in the NHS for 10 years in a variety of settings, including a psychiatric setting providing long term therapeutic interventions to clients with a range of moderate to severe psychological difficulties. I have also worked as a therapist and trainer for staff, providing a variety of services at a trauma hospital in Central London.
I have been providing psychotherapy in private practice for over 10 years.
I am currently lecturing at the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology, Regents University, London.
