About me and my therapy practice

Hello and welcome to my therapy practice.

Surviving or thriving? Anxiety, stress, depression, anger, grief or trauma – you may be feeling one or more of these challenging emotions, leaving you depleted and unable to live life to the full. A feeling of exhaustion and a sense of being overwhelmed may leave you feeling stuck and unable to move on with your life. You may also notice yourself becoming prone to ill health as a result. Make now the time for you; begin healing old wounds, live life in the present and thrive in the future.

My approach is holistic and person-centred. Working collaboratively and at your pace we will explore issues which are impacting you now. From our first session together, we will seek ways to help you develop unique resources and self care tools that you can implement straight away. I believe in the innate ability of humans to heal old wounds and restore equanimity.

I provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore any issues that are preventing you from living life fully; enabling you to develop emotional resilience whilst promoting healing and the hope of long-lasting change. I encourage empathy and self compassion in my therapeutic work and am committed to working with and alongside you on your journey.  Authenticity and professionalism embody my work with clients; I respect your privacy and autonomy.

Practice description

My practice is based in Haywards Heath and Wivelsfield Green.

I offer long and short term counselling and typically see clients weekly.  A session lasts approximately 50 minutes. I offer a limited number of concesionary rates.

I have a diploma in Humanistic Counselling from the University of Chichester (BACP approved). I volunteer as a counsellor in a hospice in Brighton whilst also seeing clients in private practice.

I am a member of the BACP (MBACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.

Please see for my Privacy Notice.
