About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative counsellor using a range of techniques that best suit you. I work from my home and can also do home visits. I offer long and short term face-to-face sessions. Concessionary rates are available. I am able to help with depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, work difficulties and spiritual issues. Sometimes we just need sometime to help us work out what is going on in life and develop strategies to cope with the pressures in our lives, I can give you a safe, non-judgemental place in which to do that.
