About me and my therapy practice

Hello, thank you for viewing my profile. I have been working as a qualified counsellor since 2007. I work with individual and couple clients facing a wide range of difficulties and life issues.

I provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental space in which you can reflect on why you are experiencing difficulties in your life and through the therapeutic relationship help you find a path forwards.

Like many counsellors I offer a flexible approach using both cognitive and relational methods to suit your individual needs.

I attend regular supervision and continued professional development courses to ensure I provide best practice and keep my knowledge and skills up to date. I am able to offer daytime, evening or Saturday morning appointments at my practice near Walton on Thames train station.
