About me and my therapy practice

I have experience in working with adults, adolescence and children in schools and private practice. I am able to offer creativity whilst working with you if that is something that would help your process.

I have a flexible approach and can offer short or long term counselling, this is something we can arrange together. I am available to offer face to face or phone counselling.

Practice description

My aim is to welcome you into a warm safe environment where together we can explore any struggles or issues that cause stresses and anxiety.

Counselling will help you feel more in empowered, enabling you to have a clearer understanding of your thoughts and feelings.

My first session

I offer a 50 minute counselling session weekly, however this is something we can discuss together depending on your need or the need of the adolescent or child.
