About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel alone, anxious or stuck in life? Are your emotions overwhelming and you can’t find a way forward and need to find a way to share them. Or perhaps you feel like you continue to repeat the same patterns over and over again in your life and your relationships.
As a humanistic counsellor my role is to enable you to feel heard for perhaps the first time in your life. I want to both support and help you to better understand yourself. Life throws many challenges at us and in developing our self awareness we are better equipped to manage these.
My approach is one of gentle enquiry. I will also help you to challenge yourself. Counselling helped me change my life and I want to use my skills to help you.
I am a qualified Humanistic Gestalt Therapist. This means that I work flexibly with clients at their pace enabling them to focus on what is important to them in the here and now. My approach is one of compassionate, non-judgemental and sensitive enquiry. For me it is also important that you feel supported and that we carry out regular reviews of the counselling process.
I am now offering face to face, online and telephone sessions. We can discuss which option you would most prefer. The number of sessions you feel you need can be a small number of sessions or longer and each session will be 50 minutes in length.

My first session
I offer an initial free telephone session of 20 minutes and this initial session is to establish your concerns and if you feel we can work together. Following this initial session there is no obligation to continue with further sessions. Please contact me for further information via email or phone.
