About me and my therapy practice

If you are having a difficult time in your life, counselling can help by offering a safe and confidential space to speak freely about your situation and explore your thoughts and feelings, so that you can come to understand your problems, how they have come about and how to move forward.

I have over twenty-five years' experience as a counsellor working in the NHS in GP surgeries and with private clients.

My first session

In your initial session I will ask you about the reason you have come and a little about your current life and family background. It is an opportunity to see if you would like to work with me and for me to assess if I think I can be of help to you.
