About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I work with teenagers and adults and offer face-to-face sessions from my private practice in Rayleigh as well as offering clients’ sessions via Zoom across the UK.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I use different therapeutic techniques to suit your needs. I am qualified to support you using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), and Inner Child work.
Practice description
My approach is warm, calm, caring, and very supportive, working with you to feel at ease sharing your story and what you would like to achieve from our sessions.
My experience in supporting both adults and young people has come from my work at a local GP Surgery, a private insurance company, and my private practice.

Person-Centered, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Solution Focused, and Poly-Vagal Therapy. I work a lot creatively allowing for our deeply held feelings to come out through this.

My first session
In our first session, we will explore what you would like to achieve from having therapy, and then set some goals to work towards.
These goals will be reviewed regularly throughout our time working together and maybe re-adjusted for you.
I may ask you to complete an assessment if we both feel this would help.
