About me and my therapy practice
You may be experiencing anxiety or depression. This could be due to the impact of past experiences or trauma, or it could be that you are going through a period of change or transition. This may lead to feelings that can be punishing and confusing. I offer a non- judgemental and compassionate space where you can explore and express your feelings however difficult they may feel
I offer open ended once a week therapy or Time Limited therapy which is once a week for 12 consecutive weeks.
I have vacancies for online work, or in my rooms in central London for face to face sessions.
My first session
If you would like to discuss therapy with me, please give me a call or email me and we can organise a time to have a free initial consultation to discuss what would suit your needs. During this time we can discuss all aspects of the therapy I offer. This gives you a chance to ask questions, and allows you to decide what sort of therapy would work for you.
