About me and my therapy practice

I can help you with a whole range of issues like anxiety, depression and relationship problems in a warm and confidential setting. I bring to my work a warm acceptance and my ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds alongside my theoretical knowledge.

My goal of therapy is to facilitate your own resourcefulness, insight and problem solving capacities, to help you explore feelings and thoughts and to reach a deeper understanding and insight of yourself and your relationships with others in order to get though the difficult times and improve the quality of life.

My interest as a therapist involves trauma related problems, attachment and relationship issues for both monogamous and non-monogamous people.

I am registered with AXA, Aviva and Bupa.
