About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Yasmin, and I’m a BACP-registered counsellor who uses a range of therapeutic approaches to work collaboratively with you in whatever you bring.
I have experience in dealing with anxiety, depression, complex family relationships, low self-esteem, work issues, burnout, loss, illness and bereavement.
Life is hard at times, and being understood by another person can have incredible benefits. I will look at the world from your perspective, and support and challenge you in a gentle and respectful way. Having previously worked in the corporate and financial sector, I have experience of dealing with stress, anxiety and burnout, as well as other modern day pressures.
Practice description
I offer you a safe and confidential space and will work collaboratively with you to explore your reasons for coming to therapy and any hopes or goals you may have in mind. Our time together may be short or long-term. I offer a free initial 20-minute chat over the phone before the first session. Regular sessions last 50 minutes.
