About me and my therapy practice

I specialise in anxiety. My main aim is to provide you with the counselling you deserve. If you feel like you are overwhelmed by new or historic events or circumstances in your life; if you want to learn more about the person that you are; or if you just don’t feel quite yourself but you can’t quite put your finger on the cause, I would like to work with you.

Practice description

I provide safe and confidential online and phone psychotherapy/counselling.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute initial phone consultation.

A discount is available for level 4 counselling trainees or therapy masters students.
