About me and my therapy practice
Back in 2015 I studied a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Since then, my understanding of 'the work' has developed significantly.
Here is a brief outline of my philosophy for client work

Alongside my client sessions I deliver keynote speeches, corporate training, and a range of public workshops.

I approach each client with a deep respect for their unique experiences and individuality. My therapeutic approach is creative, collaborative, and client-led, drawing on psychoanalytic and person-centred techniques to hold a safe, nurturing, and curious space for exploration and growth.
