About me and my therapy practice
As a Person Centred Psychotherapist, my approach is to start where you are and support you on your uniquely personal journey to achieve the changes you want to make in your life.
Before training as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, for many years I worked as a Business Coach and Management Consultant. I also trained as a Master Practitioner in NLP. Since re-training as a Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist at Strathclyde University, I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients from all walks of life who are struggling with significant life changes. For example; becoming a parent, infertility,, empty nest syndrome, relationship and family problems, domestic abuse, menopause, divorce and separation, job loss, illness and bereavement.
I offer an initial free assessment session that can be carried out either ‘face to face’ or on the phone. You can contact me on 07771 696591 or email me at: Jane.C.firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to working with you.
