About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced counsellor and supervisor, working with Aberdeen University, and in my own private practice. I have experience of working with adults and young people in a hospital setting, G.P practice and high school. I also facilitate psycho educational workshops for students and staff dealing with Anxiety.
I work with young people and adults with a range of issues from anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief and bereavement and general sadness.
Practice description
I am Person Centred in my approach, and also use Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to meet the diverse needs of individuals.
Sometimes life is hard, and I will offer clients a supportive non-judgemental space for them to express and explore any thoughts and feelings they may be experiencing.
My first session
I am presently following the Scottish Government guidelines and working from home via zoom and telephone. As soon as restrictions lift I will be happy to meet face to face. If you have any questions about working on line please don't hesitate to contact me.
