About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative psychotherapist who offers a safe and supportive space to talk about whatever is going on in your life.
I am warm, friendly and open and believe that the relationship you build with your therapist is the key to the success of the therapy itself.
I work psychodynamically to help you understand how your early childhood experiences shape the way you feel, behave and experience life today. I also use CBT skills and tools in my practice.
I can work with a range of mental health issues and life struggles that you may be experiencing so it is best to contact me and we can set up a time to talk briefly so I can hear what is going on for you.
I see clients online using Zoom at an agreed time each week and work either short-term or in an open-ended way.
My first session
Before we decide to work together, I offer a free 15 minute phone call where you can tell me a little bit about what you're looking for and I can explain how I work.
