About me and my therapy practice
You are unique. No two people are the same. And because of that, I tailor the methods I use to what is best for each individual. I respect people for who they are; their past, present, and the future they hope for. I have been trained to work existentially, psychodynamically, with CBT, and as a coach.
Practice description
Sessions are 50 minutes for individuals, 60 minutes for couples and families.
My first session
The first session is the time to meet, get a feel for each other, and from there to discuss what you would like to gain from the process. As with all sessions, they are there for you to try and gain the most from.
