About me and my therapy practice
I offer confidential therapy in a private setting in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh. As a fully qualified, experienced and insured therapist, I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Therapy happens through the conversations between us in the context of a safe, empathic and understanding relationship. We talk about anything you wish to bring; exploring how you see and experience yourself, your relationships and the world. The aim is that getting to know yourself and connecting with yourself at a deeper level will help you make changes.
Whatever is troubling or distressing you, I believe therapy offers a chance to find a way to be at home with ourselves.
