About me and my therapy practice
People come to therapy for many reasons - you might have a specific problem that you'd like to tackle or you may just feel that life could be better. Either way we can work together to make significant positive changes to your life.
I am experienced in working with a broad ranges of issues such as depression, self esteem, relationships, work issues and unhealthy eating and drinking patterns.
Before pursing a career in counselling I was running a family engineering business whilst studying for an MBA at Warwick Business School. This has given me an invaluable insight into the pressures of balancing senior management, family dynamics and academic life.
My first session
I offer an initial shorter session for £30 so you can get a feel for how we would work together and to see if counselling is for you.
