About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative humanistic counsellor, trained in Gestalt, TA and Person-Centred modalities I am able to tailor my practice to best suit the unique needs of my clients.
Through our work together we can bring about lasting change.
If you feel, lost, down, stuck, anxious, a sense of dis-ease, are struggling to make sense of things, need to talk about a specific issue or just need to talk to someone in a warm, empathic, trusting environment then I can help.
I work face to face and on-line. Sessions are weekly and 50 minutes.

I believe in an holistic approach, integrating mind and body, while working in the present and looking at how the past affects our current decisions and behaviours.
I work relationally and aim to build a strong, trusting, healing relationship.
I believe you are the expert on you and aim to raise self awareness as we both get to know your authentic self which leads to an increased autonomy and internal trust.
As well as talking therapy I have done trainings in mindfulness and psychotherapy, nature therapy, drawing and creative writing for therapeutic purposes.
My first session
I offer a free initial on-line session of up to half an hour to get to know each other a little and answer questions you may have.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative humanistic counsellor working with anyone over the age of 18.
If you feel anxious, stuck, things are getting you down, you aren't feeling right, or you need support with an issue and someone to talk to I can help explore your difficulties and find ways to overcome them with lasting results.
As an integrative counsellor I am able to use my knowledge of Gestalt, Person-Centered and TA modalities to adapt to what best suits my clients needs in a confidential, non-judgemental, supportive empathic environment.
I work face to face and in-person and can combine both.
We make commitment to meeting weekly for 50 minute sessions.
