About me and my therapy practice
When life's challenges become overwhelming and you're struggling to make sense of events, your emotions, your behaviour or the actions of others towards you, allowing yourself to seek support is the first step towards resolving your difficulties. The next step is finding the right support for you.
I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor. My approach to helping you is relational, person-centred and transcultural - a genuine, confidential, non-judgemental talking therapy. I aim to offer therapeutic support in a calm, relaxed and creative environment.
Whether you are experiencing anxiety and depression, family, relationship, study, work, cultural or personal development issues, we can explore the difficult things together - discovering new perspectives as you move towards a better understanding. The therapy can move at a pace that suits you, so that you can move on with your life.
I also offer a bespoke online group facilitation service, supporting the exploration of race and culture in therapy, suitable for counsellors, counselling trainees, training institutions and service providers. Group facilitation is also available to other helping professionals, to educational establishments and employers wishing to address race in the workplace. Please contact me for more information.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with experience in working with the transcultural relationship in a therapeutic setting. I offer workshops to helping professionals and organisations wishing to explore the significance of race, culture and heritage in the context of their work. This online space is experiential, creative and expressive - stimulating awareness and encouraging sensitivity through word, mark-making, movement and sound. Participants are invited to consider their responses to cultural and racial differences, to explore the impact of these responses on mental health and wellbeing, and to share best practice.
Practice description
Workshops are currently online only. One-hour, two-hour, or half-day sessions plus bespoke one-day and weekend programmes are available. Fees vary - so please contact me for information. There is a fixed fee for my two-hour workshop, for local organisations.
Do take a look at my website to learn more about my practice and be in touch by email or phone. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have about the workshops I offer.
