About me and my therapy practice

I qualified as a therapist 15 years ago. I am an experienced, qualified person-centred/integrative counsellor. I work with both adults and children.

I sometimes use creative therapies in face to face sessions, particularly with young people.

I currently work in schools, universities, women's projects, charities and in private practice, where I see both adults and young people. I am a registered member of the BACP.

Practice description

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I am currently working online, offering sessions via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime. I can also offer phone counselling, if preferable.

My first session

First sessions tend to be an introductory session, where the client can ask any questions of me. We look at if we think we can work together and what the client is hoping to get out of his/her therapy sessions.

About me and my therapy practice

As well as being a fully qualified counsellor with a Diploma, BSc and MA in counselling and psychotherapy, I am also a qualified clinical supervisor, with a Diploma in Clinical Supervision (2010).

I have a huge amount of experience supervising therapists who work in both schools/colleges, charity sector and in private practice.

I can be flexible with supervision and offer face to face, via Zoom or phone supervision.

My first session

The first session will be introductory. We would look at the needs of the supervisee and how best to work together.
