About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can become overwhelming and talking through issues and anxieties can help to make sense of it all.
I am a qualified Integrative therapist and I work from a psychodynamic perspective with aspects of Gestalt, Existentialism and Person-to-Person; but above all I work with the individual, at their pace, taking into account their needs. All of our work will be collaborative, honest and transparent.
I have a Foundation Degree in Integrative Counselling from University of Greenwich (FdSc) and am currently completing my BA in Counselling, also with University of Greenwich. I am a member of the BACP and work within their ethical guidelines.
Supervision and regular personal development keep my skills current and ethical.
