What I do?
I offer a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgement.
We will work together to help you tackle the areas of your life that aren’t working for you at the moment. I will work to support you to take tangible steps to gain a greater understanding of yourself.
I have a practice at Kite studios, W12. I offer a bespoke service to my clients tailoring each session to their needs. As I do not believe a one size fits all approach. My safe space allows clients to be their congruent selves and embark on a therapeutic journey. Everyone has the capacity to fulfil their potential through working with the right therapist.( After an initial phone consultation proceeded by a session we can decide if I’m the right one for you.)

How I do it?
I draw from a house of theories that consists of a number of different modalities. This makes me a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I’m also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As a therapist I work following the BACP ethical guidelines. I am therefore bound by confidentiality and dedicated to my client’s well-being.
As well as my therapeutic training I have a deep interest in Mindfulness, music and meditation, through these interests I have enjoyed gaining an understanding of how the body and the mind interact and affect each other.
It is important to have a supportive and nurturing relationship in the way that I work. I provide my clients with a safe space to reflect and better understand the challenges that face them. I believe everyone has the capacity to realise their own potential, to feel they are enjoying life and to find some inner contentment. I am fully committed to help you find yours.
My first session
The first point of contact is a ten minute free phone consultation.
Then if we both decide to work together we would schedule a first session which like the rest of the sessions will be fifty minutes long.
