About me and my therapy practice

Sunshine, torrential rain, it feels like the weather is reflecting the uncertainty in our lives. Lock-down has changed many things and we still don't know what the future holds. That uncertainty can impact us in different ways. If you had concerns before this all happened, they probably haven't gone away. Working out what can be done to improve how you are feeling can seem like an overwhelming task. Whatever your reason for having clicked on this link, I would like to help you - you can feel better.

My name is Annie, and I am not here to judge you. I will listen and hear you. My focus is on being able to build a genuine relationship in which you feel comfortable enough to explore what you want and who you are. I would like to help you work out ways to make your life better. If you are a parent, worried about your child, I can provide the space they need to feel more confident.

Asking for help can be difficult. I will do my best to make things as easy as possible for you once you have taken the leap.

I am a fully qualified, person-centred counsellor, which means that you decide what you want to bring to each session, and we move forward together from there.

I work with adults, students, young people and children from a variety of different backgrounds and with a rainbow of individual needs (including SEN and ASD). I hope to be able to meet with you soon.

Fee structure:

Children £25, Students/16+ £35, Adults £50
