About me and my therapy practice

This year’s festive period may not turn out as we had hoped. For many this is a difficult time of year anyway, expectation and reality so often don’t match, and family tensions can be fuelled by Christmas spirit. You may be finding old anxieties resurfacing, perhaps mixing with new worries and an increased feeling that you are struggling to cope – life can be overwhelming. Anxiety, anger, depression, loneliness, self-harming, panic attacks – these are all normal reactions to stressful situations. That applies to children too. Whatever your reason for clicking on this link, no one has to face these feelings alone. I would like to help you - or your loved one - discover a more positive future.

My name is Annie and I am not here to judge you. I will listen and hear you. My focus is on being able to build a genuine relationship in which you feel comfortable enough to explore what you want and who you are. I would like to help you figure out a way to make your life better.

I am a fully qualified, person-centred counsellor, which means that you decide what you want to bring to each session, and we move forward together from that point. I have worked with adults, young people and children from a variety of different backgrounds and with a rainbow of individual needs (including SEN). I hope to be able to meet with you soon.

Fee structure:

Children £25, Students/16+ £35, Adults £50
