Tuesdays: 12 Noon - 20:00

About me and my therapy practice
With a ‘win mentality’ planted as an ear worm from the minute I entered prep school, being second best was never really an option.With a passion for music from an early age, I knew it was the career for me. Now with over 14 years experience and an ongoing career in a ruthless and competitive music industry as a professional female drummer, not only have I learned some important life lessons, but I have grown both personally & professionally.
During this, I developed my vocation towards counselling. My empathy and passion towards others in similar situations remains paramount in all areas of my work.

As a private practitioner, my therapeutic work focuses on YOU [the client], alongside:
- Supporting you to work out what you want in life rather than what society and others dictate.
- Working together to help you learn how to manage your expectations and create sustainability and healthy balance.
- Working together to create safe and healthy boundaries to help you maintain control emotionally, physically and socially.

Together we will set realistic goals, work through how you’re feeling and work on strengthening your confidence to gain control over your life.
My first session
After your enquiry, I'll make contact and we will have a brief, informal chat over the phone.
Then, we will get you booked in for your initial assessment (1 hr) and go through a little more about you, your background, therapeutic contract and fee options.
