About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed, lonely, lost and need someone who can listen? I can provide a safe, non judgemental environment for you to make sense, explore and resolve any thoughts feelings and behaviours that you are struggling with.
I am integrative counsellor which means rather than follow a single approach we can work together to draw in several theories to meet your individual needs. I work with adults and young people and I’ve helped people to cope with a wide range of issues. I am a qualified, registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am also a qualified nurse and I have worked in the NHS for over 20 years. Seeing the struggles that all of us go through on a day to day basis prompted me to develop my skills further by becoming a counsellor.
The first session with me is free and will last 30 minutes. It will help to see if I am the right person for you to work with and how I might be able to help you. You can call, text or email me. Following on from the initial assessment my fees will be £50 per hour for individual counselling and £60 per hour for couple’s counselling.
