About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes negative experiences from the past can prevent us from living life the way we would like. We can feel overwhelmed, empty, distressed and afraid from time to time and sometimes life turns out differently to the way we would like.

Counselling can help reduce distressing symptoms, given you a different perspective and leave you feeling empowered and confident.

I am an integrate therapist working with individuals with a wide range of issues. I work collaboratively, tailoring my approach to the uniquenesss of each of my clients. I want your counselling experience to be as positive and life enhancing as possible and will always seek to go at your pace. I am work, empathetic and compassionate in my approach and I offer a supportive place to talk, where I will listen without judgement.

Practice description

I offer short and open ended counselling, which is tailored to each individual. I work with clients to set their own goals and where they would like to be at the end of counselling.

General therapy - £60 per hour

Eating disorder therapy - £70 per hour
