Feeling overwhelmed or stuck in life can be challenging, and reaching out for support is a significant step.
As an Integrative counsellor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in employing diverse therapeutic styles. My primary approach combines person-centered, psychodynamic and Transactional Analysis therapies and is aimed at helping you to gain insight into yourself and the factors influencing your life.
Finding the right person is very daunting and scary, but counselling and psychotherapy is not something to be scared of.

I offer a warm, safe and honest environment and would love to hear from you.
As an Integrative Counsellor I have trained and have experience using a number of different therapeutic styles. Being able to use different styles varies for every client as needs will always be different for each client.
For every client I work with, it becomes an enriching environment for both client and myself as we learn more about one another and identify what areas are a worry.
I can currently offer evening sessions online and I am also happy to make home visits, if you are within a 10 miles radius of DA13 and have your own secure private space.
