About me and my therapy practice

Deciding to contact a counsellor can feel overwhelming, but as a fully qualified counsellor and member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)I work to a professional standard and ethic which ensures that I am equipped to support you on every step of your journey.

I work from a private practice castlecounsellingservice.co.uk which sits on the Essex and Suffolk border nestled in the Colne valley offering comfortable and confidential consulting rooms with discreet parking facilities.

I currently work in various primary and secondary school settings working with children, teenagers, and young adults. I also work with adults and couples either face to face or qualified to practice online therapy too.

I use a range of play and creative materials which helps uncover, explore, and understand emotions and feelings. It can also assist with communication skills and with learning new coping skills.

Practice description

My practice is based on person -centered values offering empathic in-depth support. This allows you to explore your feelings, beliefs and emotions within a confidential therapeutic relationship which can lead you to discover what might be troubling you. At times I use a range of play and creative materials which helps uncover, explore, and understand emotions and feelings. It can also assist with communication and with learning new coping skills.
